Hello from the Greniger's!
We've had a pretty good week here. Still haven't met with our life coach, but I think that might happen this Thursday- none too soon either since all these experts are changing things with our family and I think we could use a little counsel on how to deal with it. Our family has always been a bit OCD (obsessive compulsive)wanting things the same way! They are throwing us for a loop.
Hope, Ian and I met with Mike the trainer on Thursday evening. What an animal, we worked our abs pretty hard. Chelsea & Jim met with Mike on Friday afternoon, later on Friday we had "family time". We got together at our house and played Pictionary. It was pretty sad- whenever Jim would crack a joke (which was waaaaaaay too often) instead of just laughing like normal, we all grabbed our tummies trying not to laugh because it hurt too much, tears streaming down our faces! It was hilarious. (but yet painful) Thanks MIke!
I have still only lost the 2 lbs, but its strange- almost everything fits alot better. I think I am turning what I have in to muscle (wishful thinking anyway). Hope and Ian- well they could use some prayer. I can't feed them enough to get their weights up. With all the exercise Ian is down 7 lbs. and Hope is down 2. They really didn't want to go backwards, they are needing to GAIN!
Hope and I went to Stillpointe wellness Center this week and we got checked out by SarahErin. I have always had numerous food allergies and she was able to re-confirm those for me, but also found a few more. Guess what? Hope and I are allergic to goats milk. This was not good. We RAISE goats for the purpose of eating the meat and drinking the milk. We will take some time to process that whole revelation before making big changes I think. We purchased some supplements and are trying to work those into our day.
Jim has some great news- but I'll let him update you on his own.
Heidi
